Outspoken have already been working with Norfolk County Council to help them train new instructors as the council introduced Bikeability into the county for the first time. Building on this success and to help the council expand delivery, Outspoken will be delivering Bikeability Level 2 training to Year 5 and 6 pupils within the county’s schools to help equip them with the skills and confidence to make more journeys by bicycle.
