2. Bookings and Payment

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered provisional until you receive written confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment has been processed.

  • Payment Terms: Fees for training must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for corporate or school contracts).

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including contact details and any relevant medical or accessibility requirements.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: * Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee if applicable.

    • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to a later date at our discretion.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable.

  • Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training due to extreme weather, instructor illness, or insufficient numbers. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any secondary costs (e.g., travel or accommodation) incurred due to such cancellations.

  • Cooling-off Period: For individual customers booking online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of booking, provided the training service has not already commenced.

4. Participant Responsibility and Safety

  • Equipment: Where participants provide their own equipment (e.g., bicycles and helmets), they must ensure it is in a safe and roadworthy condition. We reserve the right to refuse training if equipment is deemed unsafe.

  • Conduct: We expect all participants to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session who behaves in a way that is dangerous, disruptive, or offensive, without a refund.

  • Health and Fitness: You must inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.

5. Intellectual Property and License

Unless otherwise stated, Outspoken Training LLP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and within our training manuals. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

  • Republish or redistribute material from Outspoken Training LLP for commercial purposes.
