Outspoken have been announced as the official Bikeability delivery partner for Luton Borough Council. We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to enthuse more Luton children to cycle through life changing cycle training.
Luton school training will commence in December with schools able to access free, combined Level 1 & 2 Bikeability cycle training for their Year 5 and 6 pupils. To support the delivery, Luton Borough Council are also able to offer cycles to any pupils who don’t own a cycle or cannot transport this into school.

“We can’t wait to begin working with Luton Borough Council to bring the joy of cycling to more children. We are particularly looking forward to working with the council to engage children currently unable to access cycling with the hope of starting a lifelong love of cycling.”
