Bedfordshire
Outspoken Training has been working in Bedfordshire since 2016

We now work with over 70 schools across both local authority areas, helping to support young people to start and continue cycling as much as possible

Schools Bikeability
We deliver Bikeability Levels 1, 2 and 3 as well as learn to ride and Bikeability Balance in Bedfordshire schools. These courses are free for children to attend.
If you’re a school, please use the form below to book and find out next steps. If you’re a parent or carer and your school has already booked, please have a look at the Information for Parents.
For more information about the Bikeability scheme and details of the different levels, please follow the link below.
Individual cycle training & school holiday courses
We occasionally run courses for adults and children on a one-to-one basis helping them to discover the joys of cycling more.
Do get in touch if we don’t have anything listed and we’ll see if we can arrange something. If you’ve missed out on cycle training at your school, we may also be able to run a holiday course.

Can’t find a suitable course?
No worries! Please get in touch and let us know what you need, where and when and we’ll try to make it happen.
What our schools are saying

“Fabulous – very anxious children came away excited and keen to continue practising what they had learnt”
Thurleigh Primary

Meet Chris – one of Bedfordshire instructors
Chris has been teaching Bikeability for more than ten years, enthusing children and adults to cycle more. Over that time, he’s developed into one of our most experienced and qualified members of the team with responsibility for training new instructors as a level 3 instructor. Chris is also a qualified bike mechanic.
“Wonderful and so incredibly patient. Chris has worked wonders in helping me gain a little confidence and that’s really very much appreciated.” 1-1 course participant
